Website privacy notice — updated October 7, 2026

This notice describes information handled by the Logos University website at https://logos.edu. For questions about your information or university records, contact admissions@logos.edu or call (800) 776-0127.

Information you submit

Contact and inquiry forms request contact details and your message. Student and partnership applications request contact, education, church, ministry, and program information. Ministerial applications also request biographical information, doctrinal affirmations, references, disclosures, and certification. The fields on each form identify the information requested. Please obtain permission before sharing another person’s contact details.

Submitted forms are sent through Resend to the university’s designated admissions or ministerial application email inbox. This website does not maintain a separate application database. Submission information is used to respond to your inquiry or review your application. Do not enter Social Security numbers, payment-card details, identity-document images, or other information that the form does not request. The ministerial application provides for separate document and third-party screening instructions.

Saved drafts on your device

Application and partnership inquiry forms save drafts in your browser’s local storage so you can return to them. Drafts are removed from that browser after a successful submission. You can also remove them by clearing this site’s data in your browser. A saved draft is not an application submission. Avoid using a shared device for sensitive applications; other people using the same browser profile may be able to see a saved draft.

Optional analytics and your choices

When analytics is enabled, Google Analytics loads by default unless you have previously turned it off. The site displays a notice with controls to turn analytics off. You can change your choice through “Do not share my personal information” in the footer. Declining analytics does not prevent you from browsing or submitting forms. Your choice is stored in your browser. Clearing site data removes the saved choice, so analytics will return to the default on setting.

When active, analytics measures visits to public pages and application start and submission events. These events identify the application category, not the applicant. Our tracking code excludes form answers, names, email addresses, URL query strings, and fragments. Google Analytics uses cookies and receives technical information about the browser and connection. Advertising storage, advertising personalization, and Google signals are disabled by this site’s integration.

Website operations and service providers

The website and its hosting services process technical request information needed to deliver pages and protect the service. Submission limits use a short-lived identifier derived from the connecting IP address. The content management system uses Sanity to provide public website content; form submissions are not saved to Sanity by this website. Authorized administrators use a separate, expiring sign-in cookie. External portals and linked websites have their own privacy notices.

Records, requests, and security

Application emails and any subsequent university records are separate from browser drafts. For information about retention, access, correction, or deletion of those records, contact admissions@logos.edu. Clearing a draft or changing analytics consent does not delete a submitted application. Do not include sensitive documents in an initial privacy inquiry; the university can provide appropriate instructions.

The site uses access controls and encrypted HTTPS connections when deployed to its production domain. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. This notice describes the website; separate enrollment, academic, credentialing, and screening materials may contain additional information relevant to those services.
