Most applicants complete this form in about 20–30 minutes. The longest section is your calling statement — a 250 to 500 word account of your call to ministry, your spiritual journey, and your purpose for seeking credentials. You may want to draft it before you start.

A $125 non-refundable application fee is required for review. Our team will send payment and document-submission instructions after you submit the online form. The annual credential fee ($225 license, $250 ordination) is invoiced only after your application is approved.

We do not collect Social Security numbers on this form. Every applicant must complete screening directly with our designated third-party provider. Any additional identity information is submitted securely to that provider.

The Vision of LUMA

The vision of the Logos University Ministerial Association is to equip and affirm ministers who desire a strong spiritual covering and a meaningful connection to the mission of Logos University. We provide recognized ministerial credentials, personalized ministry and leadership coaching, and support for both individual and church development. Through annual gatherings, public commissioning, and the laying on of hands, we strengthen and celebrate those called to serve. We further empower our credentialed ministers by offering ongoing discounted educational opportunities through Logos University, ensuring continual growth in knowledge, character, and ministry effectiveness.
